Other provisions of this price list<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-sub\">Applicable to all services listed in the price list.<\/div>\n\n <div class=\"odredbe-list\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">1.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">For guiding groups of more than <strong>60 persons<\/strong>, the agency is obliged to order <strong>3 guides<\/strong>.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">2.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">\n For services provided under special conditions, the price is increased:\n <ul>\n <li>During <strong>public holidays and feast days<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+25%<\/span><\/li>\n <li>For <strong>night work between 22:00 and 06:00<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span><\/li>\n <li>For <strong>accompanying or guiding VIP persons<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">3.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">For guiding in <strong>two foreign languages<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span>. A tourist guide is not obliged to guide in more than one foreign language.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">4.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\"><strong>Cruises:<\/strong> Unless otherwise agreed, a guide engaged by the agency for cruises is not obliged, for the duration of the engagement, to provide local guiding services for the sites for which they hold a licence.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">5.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">The tourist guide is obliged to wait for guests for at least <strong>1 hour<\/strong>. If the guests are late \u2014 and unless otherwise agreed \u2014 after that time the guide notifies the client.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">6.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">If the guide has arrived when called \u2014 and the service is subsequently cancelled (city sightseeing, panorama or museum tour) \u2014 the guide is entitled to <strong>100% of the fee<\/strong> from the base amount. The client may cancel the service up to <strong>12 hours<\/strong> before the start of the tour.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">7.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">In the case of a <strong>multi-day engagement of a guide<\/strong>, the client may cancel the service up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong> in advance. Other provisions of this price list<\/div>\n <div class=\"section-sub\">Applicable to all services listed in the price list.<\/div>\n\n <div class=\"odredbe-list\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">1.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">For guiding groups of more than <strong>60 persons<\/strong>, the agency is obliged to order <strong>3 guides<\/strong>.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">2.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">\n For services provided under special conditions, the price is increased:\n <ul>\n <li>During <strong>public holidays and feast days<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+25%<\/span><\/li>\n <li>For <strong>night work between 22:00 and 06:00<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span><\/li>\n <li>For <strong>accompanying or guiding VIP persons<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">3.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">For guiding in <strong>two foreign languages<\/strong>, the price is increased by <span class=\"badge-yellow\">+50%<\/span>. A tourist guide is not obliged to guide in more than one foreign language.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">4.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\"><strong>Cruises:<\/strong> Unless otherwise agreed, a guide engaged by the agency for cruises is not obliged, for the duration of the engagement, to provide local guiding services for the sites for which they hold a licence.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">5.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">The tourist guide is obliged to wait for guests for at least <strong>1 hour<\/strong>. If the guests are late \u2014 and unless otherwise agreed \u2014 after that time the guide notifies the client.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">6.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">If the guide has arrived when called \u2014 and the service is subsequently cancelled (city sightseeing, panorama or museum tour) \u2014 the guide is entitled to <strong>100% of the fee<\/strong> from the base amount. The client may cancel the service up to <strong>12 hours<\/strong> before the start of the tour.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">7.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\">In the case of a <strong>multi-day engagement of a guide<\/strong>, the client may cancel the service up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong> in advance. Otherwise, they are obliged to pay <strong>30% of the fee<\/strong> from the amount envisaged for that purpose.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-item\">\n <div class=\"odredbe-num\">8.<\/div>\n <div class=\"odredbe-text\"><strong>VAT is not included in the price.<\/strong><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/body>\n<\/html>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Informal Price List Service Price List Prices are valid from 1 January 2027.
