Note: DTVS reserves the right to amend and adjust the price list in the event of significant changes in market conditions, operating costs, the inflation rate or other circumstances that may materially affect the cost of providing services. Users will be notified in a timely manner of any price changes.
Terms and conditions
XIV. Other provisions of this price list
Applicable to all services listed in the price list.
1.
For guiding groups of more than 60 persons, the agency is obliged to order 3 guides.
2.
For services provided under special conditions, the price is increased:
- During public holidays and feast days, the price is increased by +25%
- For night work between 22:00 and 06:00, the price is increased by +50%
- For accompanying or guiding VIP persons, the price is increased by +50%

For guiding in two foreign languages, the price is increased by +50%. A tourist guide is not obliged to guide in more than one foreign language.
4.
Cruises: Unless otherwise agreed, a guide engaged by the agency for cruises is not obliged, for the duration of the engagement, to provide local guiding services for the sites for which they hold a licence.
5.
The tourist guide is obliged to wait for guests for at least 1 hour. If the guests are late — and unless otherwise agreed — after that time the guide notifies the client.

If the guide has arrived when called — and the service is subsequently cancelled (city sightseeing, panorama or museum tour) — the guide is entitled to 100% of the fee from the base amount. The client may cancel the service up to 12 hours before the start of the tour.
7.
In the case of a multi-day engagement of a guide, the client may cancel the service up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, they are obliged to pay 30% of the fee from the amount envisaged for that purpose.

VAT is not included in the price.
